Now, nearly 20 years later I get to bring back my own version of mind/body connection. I call the evolution AntiGravity. My intention is to honor the greats before me and the beautiful legacy of yoga in doing so,” says Mr. Harrison.
Explains Nital Raval of Biorhythm India, “AntiGravity® fitness is a purely Western phenomenon that borrows sati from the East to bring about the union of body and mind. AntiGravity techniques allow for Zero-Compression Inversions, which decompress the spine and the mind, bringing about greater health and less pain. It is about defying the laws of physics and staying light-hearted (the second meaning of the word). The AntiGravity phenomenon has finally arrived in India! Come, See why all the Hollywood celebrities are practicing it and discover for yourself the fountain of youth, take a class and experience the ananda/joy” urged Nital.
Gravity and AntiGravity are complimentary opposites, playing within both fields in the process of living. In life, hidden in the forces that pull us down is the energy to lift us up. That energy we call AntiGravity and we supercharge it in all of our techniques. You are only as young as your spine is flexible and your mind is open.
AntiGravity techniques, which accomplish both, are like guzzling from the fountain of youth. When you open up space in the body, you open up space in the mind as they are interconnected. All 7 disciplines of the AntiGravity techniques help people of all ages and body types to open up and be free – to fly!
“Growth is never merely by share of chances, it is force of working together. AntiGravity techniques create a community of individuals that come together to establish greater health – which is our true wealth,” says Jignesh Raval, Business Leader, Biorhythm India.
Biorhythms are different hereditary cycles regulating memory, ambition, co-ordination, endurance, temperament and emotions in human body. Each has specific function and its life cycle.
