Birthday celebrations of Rev. Dada J.P. Vaswani began today, July 29, 2015 at 6:30AM with the Maha Mritunjaya Mantra Yagna in Sadhu Vaswani Mission, Pune.
Devotees across India and abroad including Hong Kong, Singapore, Jakarta, China, USA, Spain, Dubai and Panama gathered to commence the long awaited celebrations as noted singer Sanjay Parikh led the inaugural chanting of the Mahayana. The Commissioner of Police of the city of Pune, Kaushal Kumar Pathak was the Chief Guest at the inauguration of the Maha Yagna. Speaking of the atmosphere on this occasion, he said, “The vibrations were very powerful.”
Experiencing the Maha Mritunjaya Yagna Mahotsav for the first time, Ms. Marsha Wadhwa, from New Jersey, USA said, “The combination of the glowing Samadhi, melodious voices, and golden décor is truly a sight to behold!”
Attending the event for many years, Ms. Pooja Nebhnani said, “It is such a positive experience. Each timing of the day holds a different and positive vibration – whether its morning, evening, or night!”
The Mahayagna will go on continuously for 97 hours until August 2, the birthday of Rev. Dada. Various singers will participate throughout the occasion.
