Lima, Peru: Marriott International, Inc. (NASDAQ: MAR) announced the opening of the new 154-room Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Lima, South America’s third largest city, situated at the intersection of Calle Alcanfores and Calle Schell in Lima’s upscale Miraflores neighborhood known for its shopping, restaurants, antique dealers and breath taking ocean views.

In addition to 154 guest rooms, the hotel will feature the brand’s refreshing business lobby, the Bistro 400 restaurant, ample meeting space and recreational facilities include a fitness center.
The Courtyard by Marriott Lima Miraflores also offers a refreshing and stylish room design that helps guests stay connected, productive and comfortable. Thoughtfully planned, each room features plush bedding, a functional work space, spacious bathrooms, a separate seating area and complimentary in-room high-speed Internet.
Marriott International is currently represented in Peru by the 300-room JW Marriott Lima and the 150-room JW Marriott Cuzco.
