New Delhi: Delhi Study Group 5 member delegation today left for Cambodia to promote people to people “Friendship, Understanding & Diplomacy” announced Delhi Ex. MLA & President DSG Vijay Jolly today. The Cambodia visit is from 10th to 16th May 2015.
To promote Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s foreign policy initiative to forge friendly relations with neighboring countries, Delhi Study Group led by President Vijay Jolly has embarked on this ambitious program at the non-governmental level.
Indian delegation of Delhi Study Group shall be hosted by Hon’ble Deputy Prime Minister of Cambodia Dr. Sok An in the capital city of Phnom Penh. The Cambodia People’s Party shall organize a public reception for the DSG delegation.
Delhi Study Group President Vijay Jolly wished bon – voyage to the delegation led by Ashok Garg Advisor (Architect & Valuer) along with Gen. Secretary (Organization) Narendra Kumar Chawla-Printer & Publisher, Secretary Anil Jindal (Chartered Accountant), Sardar Kamal Jit Singh Duggal (Real Estate Promoter) & New Delhi renowned social leader Rajeev Kumar Rana, all prominent members of Delhi Study Group. The delegation today left for Cambodia by Thai Airline.
A public lecture by Delhi Study Group delegation on “Indian Cambodian Relations and Role of India in the Region and Beyond” is on cards. A courtesy call on the DPM Sok An, meeting with Chairperson Royal Academy of Cambodia & meeting with President of Union of Youth Federation of Cambodia is on the agenda.
A special visit is organized to the ancient Buddhist temples in Siem Reap province including “Ta Prum Temple” where the Govt. of India has assisted with its restoration. A meeting with the Indian Ambassador Dinesh K. Patnaik is scheduled in Phnom Penh.
