The first phase, Riverdale Heights, will have five towers of 1 and 2 BHK apartments, the company said in a statement.
The 31-acre township project is located in the sought-after eastern corridor area of Kharadi. The project is spread across sprawling 31 acres and offers intelligently designed apartments with superior amenities and good connectivity to prime locations within Pune.
“Riverdale is designed to suit the needs of every homebuyer who seeks value for money and expects quality living with exceptional architectural and interior finesse. Our immediate target is to enter the mindset of the real estate buyer and establish a concrete consumer-supplier relationship, which will ultimately help ensure that we firmly establish our place in the real estate industry in the country,” Tushad Dubash, director, Duville Estates, said.
Duville Estates has engaged best-in-class professionals, led by the development managers, Ananta Landwise and promoted by Milind Korde, to ensure that its benchmark standards of uncompromising ethics, timely completion and the highest standards of quality, are at the forefront of its projects, Dubash said.

The project has been pre-certified by the India Green Building Council (IGBC) as a gold-rated project and been approved by the Pune Municipal Corporation, the company statement claimed.
