Most of the good things in the world have started accidently so was laughing colours. Laughing Colours is a talent and celeb management agency since last 14 years. All the country’s comedian are managed by us and hence out blood has a humor in everything we do.
It was a seed idea that grew to plant and now a tree with millions of leaves; viz; likes that speak on our facebook page. That made Laughing Colors “The Laughing Colours” one of the growing page on FB in its genre toplining under top 15 pages on FB.
The owner of the company with a simple mission to connect people through humour, making people laugh, helping them get a daily dose of laughter achieved this success and today we tickle people across the world on digital platform.
Once Rajesh Sharma (The boss) was going through the messages that we receive in Facebook Inbox. There was a person who wrote to us he had fought depression because of our page. Our page use to keep him happy, help him divert his attention. Soon the page just started for fun got a huge motive behind it. Help people, Help them to laugh, Help them to reduce sorrow and help them grow.
And this is how Laughing Colours was now not only just a page but also a brand, Laughter brand. Within a year we achieved 1cr like. There was a lot of competition by then. Many pages were formed and they were growing too. We race was on everyone wanted to run faster. Good content was limited. The team use to be disheartened looking at people copying their image. But the boss always said “You need brains even to copy something”. He kept the team motivated. Then again next year we turned 2 Crore along with Asia’s number 1 entertainment with pure organic reach. After almost reaching 25 Million the growth got stuck and then again we all had to face the down. The page is been our baby and we have nurtured it accordingly. We are looking forward for it to become 30 Million (3 crore)
Our main is to remove sadness as much as we can. Help people and motivate them. Encourage to aspire the impossible, because we feel nobody and nothing is impossible if you have patience and ready for hard work.
How LC was started
Initially when page was started there was only 1 person working on it. Looking at his dedication Rajesh Sharma (the boss) thought of giving it a try. A team was formed. Two people who use to help give jokesa face. Rajesh Sharma was always of opinion that things are always there you need to have a different angle to look at it or make improvement in the present one. May be one joke will be heard many a times, but how can you present the same joke with new packaging is the art and that’s what we have to master. A team of three only and everyday around 20 jokes use to go on the page. Within 3 months the team was split due to personal reason. Two people from the team had quit. It was hardly 3 months that Vaidehi Tendulkar had joined the company and the complete responsibility of the page was on her. Right from hiring the staff to observing them to looking how to handle the page. Everything was new to her. Making mistake as well as learning from them she now come so far. Many people were associated with the page in initial stage. Their hardwork, passion and love for the page help it to grow. Everyone was so dedicated growing this baby that they gave their day, night even food (they ate food late hours) to help it increasing. As the staff was small the responsibility was on everyone to maintain the timing, quality as well as quantity. Everyone gave their more than 200 percent in making this page Asia’s number 1 entertainment page and we were and are so glad to have such wonderful people in the team.
While on one side we were increasing in numbers the other side the people working with us were decreasing. There was again a low time because good people are very hard to get and then there was no income from this as well. Later we decided to develop a website that will help in revenue and help retain the people. We met Vinay Murarka who helped us stabilizing the revenue and guided us every time to make things smoother. He always believed Content is the king and no matter what you do if you cannot give good content you cannot succeed. With his help and lot of trial and error laughing colours was stable.
With this continued process of improvising on content, we shall reach the benchmark and continue to pursue to make people happy with our daily dose of humor. So keep your bones glued at laughing colours to get tickled and pass it on. Laughter is contagious and so is Laughing colours.
