Pune: Gera Developments has recently launched an affordable residential project in Kharadi, Pune, called Gera Park View 1. The project offers well-designed 1BHK and 2BHK apartments at affordable prices. The project is strategically located in the city’s centre at the up market locales of Kharadi, the emerging IT hub and home to centres of corporate excellence, malls and luxurious residential spaces, a company statement said.
