~ Vishrantwadi will be 10th Office in Pune~
Pune, Maharashtra, June 8, 2017: HDFC Ltd, India’s premier housing finance company, today strengthened its presence in Pune by inaugurating a new office in Vishrantwadi. This will be HDFC’s 10th office in Pune. This new office will be housed at Office No 2, Mezzanine Floor, Signet House, Vishrantwadi, Opp Vishrantwadi Police Station, Yerwada, Pune – 411 006.
The new office of HDFC Ltd would be convenient for customers spread across Vishrantwadi, Dhanori,Lohegaon Dighi- Alandi, Charoli, Tingrenagar and adjoining areas in availing home loans for buying their dream home. The new office is centrally located and customer convienance was given utmost importance while finalizing the new premises.
The new office will be open from Monday to Friday between 9:30 am and 5:15 pm; Saturdays – 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and will remain closed on 3rd Saturday of every month.
Ms. Sonal Modi, Sr. General Managar & Regional Business Head , Maharashtra, HDFC Ltd inaugurated the new office in Vishrantwadi in the presence of other senior officials of HDFC Ltd.
Speaking at the inauguration, Ms. Sonal Modi said, “Pune has been witnessing steady growth in the residential property segment. World-class educational opportunities, strong presence of IT/ITES and automobile companies, manufacturing and engineering industries and infrastructural initiatives have resulted in sound real estate growth in Pune and adjoining suburban locations in past couple of years. Also the infrastructural projects such as Pune Metro, Pune International Airport and Pune Outer Ring Road are capable to improve the connectivity and enhance real estate growth in Pune. This new office in Vishrantwadi will help us to deepen our relationship with the customers and in turn will help them to avail a home loan conveniently”

HDFC Ltd under the ‘Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana’ (PMAY) is offering the credit linked subsidy for home loans to customers from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Low Income Group (LIG) and Mid Income Group (MIG). As per the scheme, eligible borrowers will get interest rate subsidy of 6.5% pa for loans up to Rs. 6,000,000 for EWS and LIG category(annual household income up to Rs. 6,00,000), interest subsidy of 4% and 3% for loans up to Rs. 9,00,000 and Rs. 12,00,000 respectively for MIG category (annual household income between Rs. 6,00,001 & Rs. 18,00,000) for a maximum tenure of 20 years. The schemes for MIG at the moment are valid only up to 31st December, 2017.
HDFC in order to promote affordable housing has created dedicated teams across the country. In the last couple of months these teams have conducted over 700 workshops to educate developers and their sales staff, corporate for their employees, etc by setting help desk at their offices. Under the scheme of EWS/LIG, HDFC has already provided loans worth Rs 400 crore to over 2,900 customers.
HDFC follows a single-window concept and offers free property counseling services for a variety of individual needs, legal & technical guidance and has capabilities to approve loans swiftly. With its understanding and knowledge of the real estate market, HDFC also advises customers on property related issues.
