In today’s day and age, it’s crucial to have a healthy lifestyle and the sooner one begins, the better it is. To imbibe this, Hyatt Pune, Kalyani Nagar partnered with CP Goenka International School to celebrate the International Yoga day on June 21 by organising a wellness camp for the kids. The in-house Yoga instructor – Dr. Kedar Joshi took a hour long session with the excited bunch of kids and taught them various aasanas. Dr. Joshi also extensively spoke about the advantages of living a healthy and meaningful life and shared with them the importance of imbibing a healthy life at a young age so as to set the foundation for a fit future.
Shul Ambwani, Director of Rooms at Hyatt Pune; a fitness conscious and aware member of the Hyatt Pune family also interacted with the kids, sharing with them his own experiences and benefits of making healthy choices in nutrition and lifestyle. Speaking on the occasion, Shul said, “Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy life. Exercise and Nutrition are the elixirs to a fulfilling existence. Yoga has become immensely popular in the past couple of years; however people have been reaping its benefits since ancient Indian times. It’s time we all adopt the Yoga Way of Life.”
The event concluded on a optimistic note as the excited children and their parents vowed to travel down the path of wellness.
