Pune, November 2016 : Fashion Designing, as easy as it sounds, is a very competitive, creative and a very vast field. How nice would it be if the creative crowd has their ideas and career goals sorted and set at the very young age? This was the agenda behind a workshop on Fashion Insight conducted by INIFD DECCAN, PUNE for the young students of CITY PRIDE, PRADHIKARAN. Students from 8th, 9th and 10th standard attended this workshop hosted by the Head of Department-Fashion Design Ms. Shamika Pradhan and senior Fashion Design faculties Ms. Shital Nile and Mrs. Rupali Dhore.
The workshop helped the students to understand and learn the techniques to design the garments according to different body types, body shapes and their different characteristics in terms of grooming and designing. Students were also given tasks and activities to sketch, color and present their creativity on paper and were rewarded with gifts. Students also had a lot of questions and doubt regarding the designing field altogether which was taken care of by the INIFD team, making the workshop a big success leaving the students happy and impressed at the same time.
The workshop not only gave an insight for fashion but also encouraged the students who are already inclined towards the designing field to achieve their goals and take up Fashion Designing as their career and achieve name, fame and money.
