Mumbai: Mumbai, June, 2016: This June, Zee Anmol’s brings the story of star crossed lovers whose entwined destiny defy the tests of time and death in the series, ‘Kasam Hai Tujhe Aa Bhi Jaa’. Starting Monday 6th June at 8PM, Kasam Hai Tujhe Aa Bhi Jaa is the story of three friends – Manasvini (Mahima Makwana), Madhav (Laksh Lalwani) and Maya (Suhani Dhanki) whose journey through unrequited love, betrayal and death and reincarnation is bound to enthral viewers and leave them spellbound. The show also has an ensemble cast including Himani Shivpuri, Shubhangi Atre, Gajendra Chauhan, Pragati Mehra and many other veteran actors.
The story of Kasam Hai Tujhe Aa Bhi Jaa starts when Radhika (played by Mahima Makhwana), a young film making student, travels to the small town Sitapur to visit the ancient Garuda Temple. On reaching the temple she gets a sense of having been there before and her past life flashes before her. She sees herself as Manasvini, the daughter of the Pundit of the Garuda temple, who is next in line to become the Devrakshika. She also sees Madhav, the prince of that local, her soul mate with whom she has professed undying love and promise to be together forever. However, in all her innocence, Manasvini befriends Maya who betrays this friendship and kills her thus, leaving the love between Madhav and Manasvini incomplete.
Talking about her role in Kasam Hai Tujhe Aa Bhi Jaa, Mahima Makwana says, “Be it Manasvini or Radhika, both the characters are a unique mix of bravery and fragile beauty. While as Radhika the audience will see me with a much more independent and modern, as Manasvini they will be charmed by my innocence and courage and I hope that the audience appreciates our efforts.”
On what the viewers will get to see, Laksh Lalwani added, “People are always interested in watching mysteries of the metaphysical phenomena and karma. We hope that the audience appreciates this intriguing story of soulmates.”
