qMetrix Group has released RoomChecker version 4.0. This new version includes staff performance and guest satisfaction scoring. The scoring addition rounds out RoomChecker functionality, which now includes:
RoomChecker’s scoring system is based on the industry standard, and all scoring detail is collected and stored for management review. The real-time data can be viewed on the RoomChecker website. New reports include average performance reports, guest satisfaction reports, trend reports and top 10 scores.
Every location can be customized and set up according to individual customer requirements. The RoomChecker staff can assist the app administrator in selecting the items that will be scored and the maximum number of points for each item. Inspections and performance scoring can be completed monthly, weekly, daily or according to a specified schedule.
Guest scores can be entered from feedback reports or from standard guest feedback surveys already in use. When the information is available, the guest satisfaction scores are compared to performance scoring for the housekeeping staff who cleaned the room.
The RoomChecker mobile app is used around the world on both iOS and Android devices. A full-featured website hosts all data and easy to use reports.
