Sheru Classic partners with SPIRE Institute to bring Indian sports at the global center stage
Seven Indian Athletes, Including India’s wrestling super hero Sushil Kumar, is set to get training from SPIRE Institute
New Delhi (Oct 16, 2014): In its bid to bring Indian sports at the global centre stage, Sheru Classic has tied up with world’s leading sports academy from Ohio, US –SPIRE Institute. This tie-up has opened a gateway for Indian athletes to prepare themselves as champions for the Olympics.
SPIRE Institute is globally acclaimed for producing gold medalists and champions for world’s leading sporting competitions such as the Olympics.
The first batch of seven Indian Athletes including India’s Olympic Champion and India’s Super wrestler - Sushil Kumar is all set to go to SPIRE in the first week of November, 2014.
Sheru Classic is the first company to establish such partnership with SPIRE Institute. Mr Sheru Aangrish, director of Sheru Classic is India’s first sports entrepreneur in the field of Health, Fitness and Sports. While giving an statement on this tie-up, Mr Sheru Aangrish said, “Indian Athletic capabilities and talent have great potential for every level. Proper preparations and nurturing of global standards will provide great results for the Indian sports. We are excited to establish a partnership with SPIRE Institute, because exposure of Indian athletes at the SPIRE Institute will result into India’s pride at the Olympics.”
While commenting on this tie-up, Bobby Bosmann, Director of SPIRE Institute said, “We are excited to establish this tie-up with Sheru Classic and we are all set to welcome Indian athletes. We look forward to train Indian talent at our facility in Ohio, US.”
Indian Wrestling Super Hero, Sushil Kumar who is all set to go to SPIRE Institute through Sheru Classic, said, “I am extremely excited, happy and confident of adding to India’s pride at the global level. The training facilities, technological support, personalized training and guidance offered by the SPIRE will surely give us added boost to perform better and fetch great results at the global level.”
While congratulating Sheru Classic for such opportunity, Sushil Kumar also said, “This tie-up will add great thrust to Indian sports. I must congratulate to Sheru Classic for bringing this opportunity closer to Indian talent.”
While giving an observation on how Indian sports can transform itself at the global level, Sheru also said, “China had transformed it’s sporting reputation at the global level. We must learn understand as to how China transformed themselves in the Olympic. The important element in achieving success at the level of Olympics, is the fact that local athletes must get a chance to train themselves at global level. Born in Punjab and lived in US and England for close to 20 years, Mr Sheru Aangrish is second person from India to get an IFBB Pro Card, he paved the way for Sheru Classic, the first international level Professional Bodybuilding Championship in Asia which is ranked third worldwide after Mr. Olympia and Arnold Classic.
