Fundraising for Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard

Chicago IL (Oct 28, 2014): Dr. Bharat Barai, Balvinder Singh, Vinesh Virani, Nirav Patel, Jitendra Diganvker organized a fundraising program for the first Hindu elected U.S. Member of Congress Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard Representing Hawaii’s Second District (HI-2) from 6:00 PM on Sunday, October 26, 2014 at Schaumburg Hotel & Conference Center(Best Western Hotel), 1725 E Algonquin Road,  Schaumburg, IL

There were many dignitaries present from all different professions such as Political, Entertainment, Education, Business, Medical, IT (Information Technology), along with prominent Community Leaders. As Hindu Well-Wisher of all Denominations, Organizations and Values.

Meeting started with Social Hour meeting each other and enjoying Appetizers and Drinks.

Friends, I am honored to introduce you to one of the first two female war veterans and the first Hindu member of the United States Congress, Tulsi Gabbard.’ Said Dr. Bharat Barai in introducing Tulsi. ’ He further compared her to be horse of long race as was compared Narendra Modi was introduced to his sons Mukesh and Anil years back. She is a staunch supporter of Narendra Modi even before he assumed PM post.’ He appealed all to donate generously towards her fund.

Tulsi highlighted many aspects and threw light on close relationship with India and USA largest Democracies of the world. Cooperation can be achieved in many areas like Space, Education, Health, Technology, Social Obligations, Business, Touring etc.. She appreciated dynamic leadership of Narendra Modi and also said in spite of my other engagements I adjusted to meet hip personally and it was a great opportunity and assured of continuous efforts in betterment of subject she likes.

After her short speech there was a question answer session in which there were few questions asked to her related to various aspects of her work and relationship of Indo-US, Aid to Pakistan. China, Woman problems, rights and equal opportunity and equal pay etc. of which she replied in details and clarified her views.

Vinesh Virani thanked all to have come and support Tulsi in spite of short notice and change of venue. Further added
to donate the maximum you can. The legally allowed limit is $5200 per person - whether you are a US citizen or a legal US resident. He appealed to donate generously and give checks or through Credit Cards. Many gave their checks and paid through Credit Cards too.
