Miss Heritage International India Shital Upare to take Marathi Film Industry by Storm

Mumbai (Nov. 13, 2014): Film industry most times is all full of cliches; the biggest one being that of beauty pageant winners turning into Bollywood actresses as the next obvious step. However, there's one clutter-breaker who is all set to appease the masses - The First Miss Heritage International India winner Shital K Upare, who instead of getting wooed by Bollywood will be marking her debut in Marathi film Indian Premache Lafda (IPL)

Debuting as the leading lady of the film, Shital from Yavatmal is this year's first beauty pageant winner. Also crowned as Indian History's first Miss Progress International India 2014, Shital lived in Nagpur and later moved onto Singapore where she was also flying the world's best airliner Singapore Airlines. It was around that time that she happened to come back to India for a beauty pageant and the rest they say is history. Having officially been crowned the 'Miss heritage International India' Shital will be representing India in International Finale in Nepal this decemeber.

But that doesn't take her away from her passion for cinema and now in films, Shital really thinks that she owes her allegiance to Marathi film industry first and couldn't have found a better film than IPL to kick start her journey in the film industry.

IPL is story of some relationships which needn't necessarily have a name but are ones which would never let you feel alone. This film deals with myraid emotions such as love, affection, emotion, drama and comedy.

Produced by Mohanlal Purohit and associate  producer Mushtaq Ali, IPL is directed by Deepak Kadam and also stars Swapnil Joshi Junior as the lead opposite Shital along side renowned Marathi film industry actors like Vijay Patkar, Santosh Mayekar, Vijay Kadam, Sunil Tawde, Kshitij Gosalkar and Siya Patil.
