VHP & BJP Leaders Greet Bhutan Prime Minister at New Delhi

New Delhi (Jan. 15, 2015): VHP & BJP leaders greeted Bhutan Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay at Leela Hotel in Chanakya Puri, New Delhi today. Ambassador of Bhutan in India Maj. Gen. V. Namgyel was specially present on the occasion.

Ashok Singhal VHP International President led the Indian saffron leaders delegation  and included Senior BJP Leader Vijay Jolly, BJP Delhi MP Udit Raj, PHD Chamber of Commerce Media President Mukesh Gupta, Himalaya Pariwar Gen. Sec Bhupinder Kansal and OFBJP Mauritius President Lalji Bhai Kurmi Patel .

Bhutan PM Tshering Tobgay bowed & touched Singhalji’s feet & short his blessings.  A red embroidered Mata Ki Chunri was presented by revered VHP leader Ashok Singhal to the Bhutan Prime Minister.  

The dynamism of Indian Prime Minister Narender Modi and his popularity among the Bhutanese people was discussed & praised by Bhutan PM in his close interaction with VHP & BJP leaders. The details of the Bhutan PM & his ministerial colleagues proposed visit to Varanasi, Indian Prime Minister’s parliamentary constituency was excitedly shared with the VHP & BJP leaders. 

During the one hour long courtesy call meeting the Bhutan Gross Domestic Happiness concept was lauded by VHP & BJP leaders. Issue of protection of Indian citizens business interests in Bhutan was earnestly taken up by Ashok Singhal with the Bhutan PM. The vibrant democracy and close friendly relations between India & Bhutan were retreated by BJP leader Vijay Jolly in the meeting.

The Bhutan PM Tshering Tobgay expressed his complete satisfaction on his current India visit. He felt happy on attending the Pravasi Bhartiya Diwas & Vibrant Gujarat conclave of business leaders in Gujarat.
