It’s never been so easy to find out everything you need to know about your flight.
Apple’s latest technological innovation is now available with Opodo, and its new app offers access to essential trip details and destination information from your watch, in addition to a range of other features.
Opodo now brings its customers all the information they need for their trip in a fast and convenient way, with users able to access content including flight details and schedules, how to get to the airport, time zones, weather, and exchange rates.
Stephanie Uhlig, UK managing director at Opodo, noted: “Being a leader in delivering one of the first iWatch apps represents an important growth opportunity for us, and we are excited to be able to offer users the chance to access, via a single channel, all the relevant details of their trip.”
The new app is available in 11 languages: Spanish; Portuguese; English; French; German; Italian; Japanese; Turkish; Russian; Greek; and Dutch.
“Our existing mobile apps have already proven to be among the must-have travel booking apps that customers carry around in their pockets, and this launch now enables us to offer an even more convenient service to our customers both before, during, and after they have booked their trip,” added Uhlig.
The launch of the app is part of the company’s on-going strategy to make customer transactions streamlined and user-friendly.
Uhlig concluded: “As a global tech innovator, launching the most advanced products is a major priority for eDreams ODIGEO, the online travel agency group of which Opodo is part of, and we continue to invest millions of euros each year in research and development in order to give our customers access to not only the best service, but the best technology in travel.”
