Motivate Poor in South Delhi: Jolly
New Delhi, 18th June 2017: Yoga in Sangam Vihar today started with massive people’s presence & participation led by Senior BJP Leader & President Delhi Study Group Vijay Jolly. This was organized in the backdrop of Prime Minister Narendra Modi doing Anulom Vilom Pranayam (alternate nostril breathing) yoga exercise.
On the first day, Sangam Vihar largest unauthorized residential colony witnessed enthusiastic young boys, girls, ladies, senior citizens & people of all religions participated in Yoga Shivir. Participants clapped, cheered, burst into laughter and practiced yogic exercises.
Yoga acharya’s Gopal Lal Sharma & Ms. Poonam Negi of Yog Life Academy, Saket along with Baba Ram Dev’s Patanjli Yog Peeth instructors namely Raj Kumar Dhyani, Neeraj, Kumari Bindiya, M.P. Singh & Smt. Rita conducted yoga classes.
Classic Yoga exercises namely Neck yog asana (slow stretching), Tadasana (full body mountain pose), Uttanasana (standing forward pose), Trikonasana (triangle pose), Surya Namaskar (sun salutation), Kapalbhati Pranayama (breathing exercise), Baddha Konasana (bound angle pose), Relaxing Yogasana (eagle twist yoga), Bhujangasana for weight loss (cobra pose), Vajrasana (diamond pose), Ardha Chakrasana (half wheel pose), Anulom Vilom Pranayam (alternate nostril breathing) were conducted at Sangam Vihar Yogshivir.
Senior BJP leader Vijay Jolly has organized 4 days “Sangam Vihar Yoga Shivir” from Sunday 18th to Wednesday 21st June at DDA Park, Near Sangam Vihar Police Station ( Opposite Batra Hospital), New Delhi-80. Sangam Vihar First Day Yoga Shivir proved to be successful & satisfying experience claimed Delhi BJP leader & Social Crusader Vijay Jolly.
