Pune: Trent’s hypermarket business (a joint venture between TESCO and TATA) will launch its sixth store ‘Star Daily’ in Pune on 6th Feb, 2016.
Star Daily is a modern retail outlet that caters to increasing consumer demand to access fresh produce regularly and top-up needs of the customer for food and grocery. Apart from offering key product categories, the 2000 square feet store will provide customers with an extensive range of fresh food products- fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery and non-vegetarian items. In view of bringing convenience to customers, Star Daily also offers the benefit of store-to-home delivery on the same day of purchase to customers residing within a five km radius of the store. Star has always believed in catering fresh products and convenience to its customers.
Star Daily is a one stop destination for all daily household needs at affordable price points. Star Daily is housed at a prominent location at Bombay Sappers in Pune. Pune has been one of the prime markets for Star and considering the future strategy of the company to expand in the key markets, the launch of Star Daily is a step forward. The store aims to stock products across vital categories- including grocery, fresh produce, dairy, bakery and ready-to-eat products along with health, beauty and general merchandise options.
Star has consistently tried to fulfill the needs of the local communities by designing relevant offers and promotions. As a part of its inaugural offer, the new store will offer customers a minimum 10% discount on MRP on a wide selection of products.
