The Delhi Tis Hazari court pronounced the verdict today morning.
Last month, the victim had challenged a Delhi High Court ruling against the recall of witnesses in the case.
The Delhi Police has sought the dismissal of the High Court order on grounds that it would further cause harassment to the victim.
The taxi driver Shiv Kumar, was facing trial on charges of raping a 25- year-old woman in an Uber cab.
