Pune, March 13, 2018: Dr. Yogesh Upadhyay, Deputy General Manager of Human Resources Management and Administration (HEM&A) Department of the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) is elected as the President of Federation of International Trainers and Speakers (FITS) for the term 2018-2020. A meeting of Board of Directors of FITS was recently organized in Pune. Dr. Upadhyay is the first Indian to reach this position in FITS.
FITS is the global organization of the trainers, speakers, consultants, training and development professionals. It is dedicated to serve the public, private and non-profit sector by strengthening the profession and contributing to the development of strong international economies.
Dr. Khalid Bin Ali Omar from Sudan has been elected as Vice President of FITS. Other members from the Board of Directors include Dr. Senan Shegdeh (USA), General Secretary, Dr. AB Dadas (India), Director Accreditation, David Chaudron (USA), Dr. Jidapa (Thailand), Dr. Mushroff Hossain (Bangladesh), Dr. Alshoka Jindasa (Srilanka), Dr. Khoder Mehlem (Lebnon), Dr. Ghasson Owesis (Jordan), Dr. Sunanta Laohanan (Thailand) and Dr. Azahar Kasim.
Dr. Upadhyay succeeds Dr. Younes Khataybeh from Jordan.
