3D Origami is an exciting way to make beautiful sculptures from folded pieces of paper. A single sheet of paper is folded in simple triangular units, and hundreds of these are joined together to create unique structures.
The goal is to transform a flat square sheet of paper into a finished sculpture through folding and sculpting techniques.
Many of us can use the technique to 3D Origami to build patience and focus. The repetition of folding the paper into triangles many times over can be therapeutic and creates space for us to think and contemplate.
