November, 2016: This season Vivanta by Taj Blue Diamond is all set to bring the food of gods to serenade your taste buds. Thai cuisine is famous for its aromatic ingredients and the spicy edge it brings to a dish, so if this is the kind of food looking for this winter Whispering Bamboo is your destination from November 19th – November 27th, 2016. We have pulled up our socks and are eagerly waiting to whisk up the best of the oriental world just for you.
This nine-day long festival creates a small gateway to Thailand where you can splurge on Satay-Kai (Marinated Chicken Grilled & Served with Peanut Sauce), Wok tossed Artichoke with Honey, Chilli and Basil, Water Chestnuts, tossed in Plum sauce and Lotus stem tossed in honey chilli sauce for starters. The main course offers some gorgeous delights like Kai Phad Med Mamuang (Stir fried Chicken with Cashew Nuts, Onion and Bell Peppers), Prawn Thai Red curry, Green Vegetable curry, Jasmine rice and Yod Ma Prao Himmapan (Palm hearts with Cashew Nuts). If you’re still yearning for more there is Tub Tim Grog (Diced water chestnut with coconut milk) for dessert as well.
The Thai Food Festival will be hosted at Whispering Bamboo from November 19th – November 27th, 2016.
Monday to Thursday – Dinner only
Friday to Sunday – Lunch and Dinner
