Visions to expand to 100 Hotels and Serviced Apartments by 2019
Pune, 1st December 2016: Pune’s well known five star property, Ramee Grand Hotel is witnessing the launch of the resto-bar and lounge, R’Adda in Pune. This is the second in India and first-of-its-kind in Pune. The launch will be attended by various well known celebrities from the Television Industry who are patrons of this lounge in Mumbai. Pune was always on the mind of Ramee Grand as the hotel was in the heart of the city and the group felt something was missing in this part of the town.
R-Adda offers an exquisite pampering for the taste buds of Pune. It is a creative blend of international and Indian flavours which will make every guest, local and international, asking for more. The food is best enjoyed in the artistic decor and super comfortable seating or at the bar if one pleases. R’Adda has been ideated by Nihit Srivastava, Director Operations & Business Development (INDIA) with a complete biker theme to the resto-bar and lounge.
“Ramee Grand is very close to my heart. I have personally curated each and every element that has come into this place. Further to the Pune launch, I will be opening Adda concept lounge in Bandra followed by another hotel in Mumbai. This will be the fourth 110 key Ramee owned Hotel in Mumbai”, says Nihit Srivastava. The investment for the Bandra properly is around Rs 120 crore. The Bangalore property has had an investment of Rs 320 crore.
