The main crisis of human resources in India is surely the way the education system is designed. Indian students are much less efficient at problem-solving than students from the world over,” He said while adding, “But while we are working on a New Education Policy, HR professionals must contribute by pushing their companies in providing more interns after their graduation. The employability numbers are very low for engineers and that needs to change.”
