AirAsia India partners with Reliance General Insurance for passenger Insurance

Bengaluru: AirAsia India & Reliance General Insurance, two big conglomerates from the Aviation and Insurance sector have come together to provide comprehensive travel insurance product for guests flying across the AirAsia India network.

This prestigious partnership between the two companies in India will offer ‘Reliance Inland Travel Care Policy’, a travel insurance product, to all guests flying across the i5 network in India starting 15th September 2016.

This insurance product is priced at a premium of INR 149 for a period of 30 days, INR 279 for 60 days and INR 399 for 90 days. The product will enable guests to avail Insurance cover from the start date of the trip and cover them till the duration of the travel or whichever is earlier.

Benefits of the Reliance Inland Travel Care Policy covers the insured against common instances including: trip cancellation & interruption, trip delay, missed flight connection, damage or total loss of checked-in baggage and hospitalization due to accident.

With an aim to making the experience its guests a holistic one, AirAsia India has relaunched its Red Carpet service across New Delhi, Jaipur, Guwahati, Vizag, Kochi, Bengaluru, Pune and Hyderabad.
