Heboygan, Michigan: American Hospitality Management, Inc. (AHM), a premier hotel development and management company, announced today that it has been awarded the management contract for the WoodSpring Suites in Fargo, North Dakota. Fredrick Kindell, senior vice president and co-founder of AHM made the announcement.
The WoodSpring Suites is located near the North Dakota/Minnesota border, just west of North Dakota State University. The newly constructed, four story, 121-room hotel offers three room types, all with in-room kitchens, guest laundry and vending facilities. All WoodSpring Suites locations also include free high-speed, wireless Internet, and an expanded lobby/gathering space.
“Thanks in part to large and dynamic student populations and an increase in companies coming to and growing in the Fargo region, demand for lodging options in the market is strong,” said Kindell. “The WoodSpring Suites fills a niche that has been underserved and we’re confident it will thrive.”
