Mumbai, March 05, 2019: Aptech Limited, a pioneer in the education and training business in India for the past thirty years was conferred the ‘Golden Peacock National Training Award’ for the year 2019. The Golden Peacock Award Ceremony will be held in Dubai on the 6th of March as part of the 29th World Congress on Leadership for Business Excellence & Innovation, being held from 5th March to 7th March.
The Golden Peacock Awards is a benchmark of Corporate Excellence worldwide. The primary objective of ‘Golden Peacock Awards’ Excellence Scheme is to boost the brand image and employee morale of the winning brand. The awards also provide a platform to the winners to highlight their successful journey and the training initiatives that have taken them to such great heights.
The Golden Peacock National Training award was instituted in 1998 to identify excellence in training practices at organizations as a whole. Judged by a transparent, 3-tier evaluation system which involves scrutiny of a “self-appraisal report” which is assessed by individual assessors as well as a grand jury, the award is considered the highest accolade that can be received by an organisation.
