Cathay Pacific Airways conducts workshops for the travel trade in Delhi

New Delhi: Cathay Pacific Airways conducted its annual workshop for the travel trade in Delhi on 06 August at The Imperial Hotel and on 08 August 2015 at the Westin, Gurgaon. These workshops were held to update the travel trade on the recent developments within the airline group, especially those pertaining to the travellers from Delhi.

The event witnessed active participation from nearly 100 travel agents on both days including key corporate houses and travel management companies. The sessions covered a range of topics that included the airlines’ products & services, fare updates, e-services etc. along with interactive sessions that comprised of fun games and a quiz.

Rajesh Menon, Regional Sales & Marketing Manager-South Asia said, “Our workshops are designed to provide a mix of learning and fun. They give us an opportunity to engage with our trade partners in a more relaxed atmosphere and at the same time update them on the various developments within our airline. The response was overwhelming and from the positive feedback received we know that the agents look forward to these workshops. We hope to be able to organize many more such activities with our trade partners in the future.”
