Pune: “The recent earthquake and the subsequent loss in Nepal is unfortunate. The scientists have shown that one of the reasons behind this disaster can be Pain Waves. If this cause is probed further scientifically and violence is avoided, we can avoid many natural calamities,” said Dr. Kalyan Gangwal, President of Sarva Jeev Mangal Pratishtan and the veteran non-violence activist.
Addressing a press conference here, Dr. Gangwal said that he is taking interest in the research in this direction as it is on the lines of principles described in the Jain Agam books and even the research by great scientist like Albert Einstein corroborates it.
Informing more about this, he said, “There was an international conference held at Sujadal (Russia) in 1955 in which three Indian scientists, Dr. Madan Mohan Bajaj, Dr. Ibrahim and Dr. VIjayraj Singh first presented a research paper on this subject. Even before that, Einstein had propounded the theory of Pain Waves and termed them as Einstein Pain Waves. This theory stated that when the living beings are killed, be they plants or animals, then waves are created in atmosphere because of their pains. When there is imbalance in these waves and Gravity Waves, then there is movement in the layers of the earth and natural calamities, especially quakes, take place. They can’t be predicted early. However, the scientific community rejected this theory. Then these three scientists proved it with proof and it is called BIS Theory Related to Earthquake”.
He said that the same scientists took this research further after earthquake at Latur and tsunami. It proved that these waves are very strong and these wave are created where there is large scale killings. They are like sound waves. We can hear some waves but some we can’t and the ones which cannot hear are very forceful.
Explaining the connection between these waves and the quake in Nepal, he said, “Ghadimai in Nepal lies south to the Kathmandu and lakhs of animal are killed here in the fare which is held every five year. Buffaloes, he-buffaloes, goats, pigeons and hens are sacrificed as the offering. Especially thousands of buffaloes are killed during this event. From November 2014 to January 2015, almost 1.5 lakhs animals were sacrificed to the deity and five millions devotees attended the fare. This is the largest animal sacrifice event in the world. The Pain Waves do not impact much the solid rocks made from lava but they can have tremendous impact on the friable ground in Himalayan region.”
Dr. Gangwal made it clear that he did not mean that this was not the only reason behind the disaster in Nepal and said, “Any new thought is the mother of the research. I am basically a follower of the Jain philosophy. I have put forward this issue out of that curiosity as a subject of research. We request that this whole subject needs further research in scientific manner. The Jain philosophy says that no living being should be killed. Likewise, the humans should respect the living beings and use the resources like fire and water conscientiously. This is a way to avoid the future calamities”.
