Pune: It’s that time of the year for which every sister and every brother waits – Raksha Bandhan – when you can shower your siblings with all the love and attention of the world. However distance sometimes plays a spoilsport, when siblings are unable to meet each other on this special day. This year, celebrate the unique bond of love with Vodafone India, one of India’s leading telecommunications service providers, as it gives you the opportunity to connect with your sibling instantly.
Vodafone India is organizing a special Rakhi Activity across its 25 stores in Pune from 16th to 18th August, 2016. Punekars can walk in to any of these Vodafone stores between 10 am to 8 pm to send a special digital rakhi message to their brothers or sisters. People visiting the stores can get their pictures clicked through the tab at the store and instantly upload them on social media, tagging their sibling as #BeSuper. A copy of the photograph will also be mailed to them.
In addition, they will also receive gift hampers from Vodafone. With an aim of engaging and delighting Punekars, Vodafone will be celebrating Raksha Bandhan this year with this innovative activity in Pune. The activity is open for all existing Vodafone customers as well as subscribers from other operators.
Inviting all Punekars to join the festivities, Mr. Ashish Chandra, Business Head-Maharashtra & Goa, Vodafone India said, “At Vodafone making every customer feel special is second nature and it is one of the key factors driving everything we do. We have always believed in innovatively celebrating various festivals together with our existing as well as prospective customers. Raksha Bandhan represents the unique bond of love between sisters and brothers and with this initiative we are inviting not just our customers but the entire city to join us in the festive spirit while giving them an opportunity to reach out their siblings and surprise them with a beautiful message.”
