The resort’s popular theme night buffet will be transformed on
Sunday night in a celebration of flavors from across China’s many
provinces. The buffet will feature aromatic
tea bag pork bone soup, steamed sea bass with black bean sauce, sautéed beef
tenderloin with black pepper sauce, assorted Dim-Sums, Peking duck and Hong
Kong pork Char Siu just to name a few.
