World’s First All Sikh Band “The Roving Sikhs” is coming to Pune! The Roving Sikhs based at Jammu came together on 2009. The Idea of the All Sikh Rock band came up when Monty , the drummer, wanted the world’s view towards the Sikhs to change. He wanted the world to see sikha evolve from the harmonium and tabla at the Gurudwara to performing Rock. The band has professionals like a lawyer, doctor and businesses men indulging in the genre of Rock. They will be performing their originals, covers of popular rock songs and patriotic songs. This is going to be a Fundraiser Concert for school building Project of Poona Synergy Round Table 177.
