MUMBAI: CoinDCX has earned the ‘Great Places to Work (GPTW) certificate for the second time in a row. The company scored 91 in the overall Trust Index Score evaluated by internal employees, which is 88 from last year. This recognition indicates a strong work culture and the extraordinary efforts taken by the company toward building a great workplace. The GPTW assessment also rated CoinDCX for fairness in the workplace at 90, respect for people at 89, and the pride dimension measure of employees was recorded at 93. The sense of affinity in the workplace, also known as camaraderie, was at 91.
