Tamannah Bhatia looked stunning as the showstopper
7th April 2017, Mumbai: Crocs, the global footwear brand, associated with ace designer Sourabh Kant Shrivastava for a fashion presentation to showcase his new collection inspired by the much awaited movie “Baahubali 2: The Conclusion”. The collection was showcased at an extravagant event, organized by Bollywoo.ooo, an online portal that curates movie-inspired apparels and accessories. Tamannah Bhatia, the showstopper for the evening, glistened the ramp as she modeled a black and gold ensemble.
The show also saw the official screening of the Crocs’ latest campaign, ‘Come As You Are’. The ad film featuring Drew Barrymore and John Cena gave out a positive message of being oneself.
On the association Mr. Deepak Chhabra, M.D., Crocs India said, “The show with Sourabh Kant Shrivastava was an incredible success. It was a perfect synergy of contemporary and classic brought out by both, the designer and Crocs to create something unique yet wearable. We are happy to see the acceptance amongst the fashion fraternity for Crocs as a comfortable and a stylish footwear brand.”
Bhavna Tewari, E-commerce and Marketing Manager, Crocs India, added, “The association with cinema world’s most awaited movie, Bahubali, Bollywoo.ooo and Sorabh Kant Shrivastava has been a successful one. We have focused our energies on making our association stronger with Bollywood and the association with Baahubali 2 is the biggest we could have started with.”
The collection designed by Sorabh Kant Shrivastava was inspired from the drama and grandeur of the film Baahubali; all Black and Gold. On one hand, ‘Black’ contributes to the mystery and makes the collection look more dramatic, while on the other hand, the ‘Gold embellishments’ accentuates the royalty in the movie.
