Pune, November 4, 2016: Cosmos Bank is hosting an event sponsored by Ashay Sanskrutik and Square One called Pulotsav from the 10th to the 13th of November. Pulotsav is a cultural event that is aimed at communicating the vision of the author P.L. Deshpande to the public.
The ceremony will be inaugrated at the Balgandhrva Rang Mandir at 6PM on the 10th of November by Babasaheb Purandare. Actors Mukta Barve and Mahesh Kale would be awarded the ‘Pulotsav Tarunai’ while Ashwini Ekbote would be awarded a Special Award posthumously.
Naam Foundation, an organization run by Nana Patekar and Makrant Anaspure is being awarded the ‘Kurtagyata Sanman’.
Various presentations of musc, dance, short films will take place and the book publication of ‘Bai’ by renowned author Ambrish Mishra.
The event would end on the 13th of November with the closing ceremony at Yashwantrao Chavan Natyagraha, Kothrud.
The event is free of charge with on-spot registrations at the venue.
