A gesture that reflects the care for mother earth
Pune, December 2018: Recycled Christmas trees are a sustainable alternative to chopping down a living tree. To support sustainability and to reduce carbon footprints on mother earth, DoubleTree by Hilton Pune Chinchwad took an initiative to create their own eco-friendly Christmas tree.
The 10 feet tall tree is a real piece of art that is made in 15 days by the team. They used the recycled material that was retrieved from the guest’s rooms and discarded linens in the making of this eco-friendly tree.
This rare masterpiece standing tall in the lobby is not only the reflection of the creative quotient of the team but indeed a better way to celebrate Christmas by showing the concern for the mother earth.
