Dubai is all set to make this New Year celebration a record-breaking event. Food, shopping and music, the NYE celebration line-up has something for everyone!
So, if you are a last-minute planner, here’s a quick list of things you can experience as you bring in the New Year:
Head to the Dubai Frame as the iconic structure lights up for the first time ever with three-minute fireworks show followed by a laser display. The Burj Khalifa & Dubai Fountains promise to leave the city in awe through the highly anticipated and globally broadcast parade of fireworks that attracts thousands of visitors to gaze the night away. Alternatively, head to your favourite Meraas destination for a dazzling display; Al Seef for a historical experience, La Mer for a splashy beach extravaganza or The Beach, Dubai’s iconic waterfront complex for a vibrant view.
Atlantis The Palm is offering visitors a night full of canapés, delicious buffet and live cooking stations in addition to giving guests the opportunity to witness a grand display of festive fireworks to light up Palm Jumeirah. Barasti Beach is set to host Dutch star, DJ Fedde Le Grand for an epic performance at the beachside venue, while two British superstar DJs Jonas Blue and Jax Jones are set to take over Zero Gravity for an event filled with pop and dance music tunes. Emirates Golf Club is welcoming the New Year with a hint of old-school as tribute acts to the King of Rock, Elvis Presley, and the Queen of Pop, Madonna, make an appearance while guests enjoy a prestigious dining experience with loved ones.
Bollywood fans can head to Zabeel Park to enjoy a New Year’s Eve Under the Stars while celebrating some of India’s top hits with family and friends. The iconic and truly remarkable Burj Al Arab New Year’s Eve fireworks are returning for their 2020 tribute. Offering an exquisite six-course menu and a special view of the fireworks from the Terrace, Burj Al Arab promises an extraordinary night to remember. Four Seasons Dubai is offering their visitors exclusiveskyline views of Dubai at Mercury Lounge at Four Seasons Jumeirah with an Asian Gala Dinner experience, followed by the city’s breathtaking fireworks at the Four Seasons beach resort. The beach destination Cove Beach invites guests to groove the night away at Disco On the Beach with live DJ performance from M3 Ibiza Live Show with Manuel Moore, Micah and Ruben Moran.
The city is welcoming the best R&B artists during New Year’s Eve giving people the opportunity to meet and dance to the tunes of the ‘Hot in Here’ legend Nelly at Driai’s Dubai and ‘Miss Independent’ singer Ne-Yo at WHITE Beach. Additionally, Cavalli is promising guests an eventful evening filled with breath-taking performances and a -18C freezing ice lounge.
