From a country of vibrant culture and philosophies, every Vietnamese delicacy embodies the basic elements of taste, color and fragrance. Conrad Pune has invited Chef Nguyen Thi Tinh and Chef Nguyen Thanh Tam all the way from Hilton Da Nang, Vietnam to stir these delightful blends of food and culture from 15th-24th November, 2019.
Highlights of this amazing feast include Vietnamese Vegetable Crispy Pan Cake, Vietnamese Crystal Seafood Spring Roll in Appetizers, Stuffed Square Tofu, Mushroom and Leek, Sautéed Lamb with Capsicum, Onion and Green Pepper Corn, Wok Fried Lobster with Asparagus and Cherry Tomato in Main Course. Traditional Chicken Pho is also part of this mouth-watering spread along with many more.
And it just doesn’t end there, guests and patrons can end their meal on a happy note, by gorging on delicious desserts which include Grilled Banana with Glutinous Rice, Cassava Cake, Wrapped Pan Cake, Red sticky Rice to satisfy their sweet tooth cravings as well.
