ICONS OF SPACES is a unique international platform designed and curated by Singapore-based Business Excellence & Research Group (BERG). Gera Developments won the award at the Icons of Spaces 2017 Summit & Awards held at Singapore on 13th September 2017. The award was received by Mr. Swapan Mukherjee, CFO, Gera Developments.

The Summit theme at the 2017 Icons of Spaces was ‘Promoting Access to Affordable & Smart Housing in Emerging Markets’. Icons of Spaces started out in 2014 as a showcase of the Design & Real Estate industry, has now evolved to touch the various markets in South Asia & South-East Asia. Mr. Gera further added, “Affordable housing is definitely the need of the hour in the Indian real estate industry. Now with RERA implemented, there would be a lot of transparency in the market. This would further help in regulation of the industry which will be deeply beneficial for the buyers.”
