Goa, November 18, 2016: Gera Developments, one of the pioneers of the real estate industry and the creators of premium residential & commercial projects in Pune, Goa & Bengaluru today announced its newest community building initiative consisting of Learning, Inspiration, Networking & Training (LINT) for its commercial customers of the IMPERIUM projects in Goa. This initiative was borne out of its corporate philosophy OUTDO, to help its customers increase their business productivity by adding valuable insights under a set of calendar events under LINT. This first-in a series of exclusive business programs under LINT will start with Mr. Rajdeep Sardesai, a renowned and accomplished media legend and professional who incidentally has an illustrious Goan lineage who will share his personal journey of OUTDOing with Gera’s IMPERIUM customers.
The objective of LINT is to help its customers or their tenants get better returns from their real estate. Gera Developments aims to build compelling, sustainable relationships with its customers through LINT to encourage them in OUTDOing in their commercial enterprise.
