Hero Electric offers complete service assistance throughout the lifecycle of its e-bikes, through its 300-strong pan-India dedicated dealership network. The company has a large army of well-trained technicians to keep its e-bikes running in the best-possible condition. Hero Electric’s Optima DX Li and Photon e-bikes, equipped with lithium ion batteries, offer greater range of up to 70 kilometres per charge, along with reduced charging time of four to five hours, compared with seven to eight hours for lead acid battery powered models. The company also provides a three year warranty on the entire range of its lithium ion battery-powered e-bikes.
