The inaugural Artificial Intelligence Excellence Awards recognize organizations, products and people who bring Artificial Intelligence to life and apply it to solve real problems. Winners were chosen under four AI categories: Reactive Machines, Limited Memory, Theory of Mind, and Self-Awareness. ignio received the award for Self-Awareness, in recognition of its ability to rapidly learn a customer’s business context, keep track of changes in the environment and use this awareness to more accurately predict issues, identify the root cause of incidents, and autonomously resolve them.
“This Artificial Intelligence Excellence Award is a validation of our cognitive-led approach to enterprise IT transformation,” said, Akhilesh Tripathi, Chief Commercial Officer, Digitate. “ignio’s contextual awareness and uniquely high ability to reason, predict and prescribe action are its key differentiators. Our rapidly increasing customer family is discovering newer use cases and realizing greater value.”
“ignio brings unprecedented levels of contextual intelligence to transforming enterprises,” said Dave Schubmehl, Research Director, IDC. “ignio binds together disparate, yet interconnected business applications and their underlying infrastructures to perform actions autonomously and drive smart decision making.”
Launched in 2015, ignio reimagines enterprise IT operations with its unique and innovative design that blends artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced software engineering to quickly resolve issues when they arise and preempt incidents wherever possible. ignio currently manages more than 1.5 million technology resources autonomously and has been adopted by more than 90 clients, many of which are Fortune 500 and Global 2000 corporations.
