“The country has lost its voice with the passing away of one of its greatest singers – Bharat Ratna – Late Lata Mangeshkar Ji. Lata Ji was an embodiment of goddess Saraswati and exemplified what talent and hard work and do despite facing so many hardships early in life. She also exemplifies the bonds of the Indian family system where she took over the responsibilities of her family after her father’s death and ensured that her family was well settled. She remained single and was married to her career and music. India has lost its most precious child with her death. May God grant her eternal peace and may her soul Rest in Peace.
