Chef Nicola is a native of Napoli, the place of origin of pizzas and pastas. Heavily influenced by the bold and flavorsome ingredients of Southern Italy, his food will tantalize your taste buds and make you yearn for more.
Known for his creativity, the chef likes adding a smack of Mediterranean flavors to his culinary masterpieces and prefers cooking with local ingredients. Complimented with Chef Nicola’s delectable South Italian food and his special Neapolitan Pizza, the team led by Chef Christian Huber, is delighted to present its patrons with a heavenly array of lavish Italian dishes.
For the seafood fanatics, the menu includes Spigola Selena in crostata di pistachio. The array also includes Lacerto glassato which is lamb along with avola black sauce. For the supreme vegetarian delight, we have an exquisite Artichoke Ravioli. To enhance the experience, the mega Insalata di Polipo e patate consisting of Octopus is the highlight of the event.
