International Training Programme in Banking and Finance (Focus: Risk Management) has commenced at the National Institute of Bank Management Campus, Pune. The programme is scheduled during the period March 5 – 17, 2018. This is the fourth and the last in the series for the current academic year 2017-18. The topics of three international programmes conducted earlier were: ALM in banks, Corporate Governance and Leadership, and Bank Financial Management with the focus on Risk Management, Basel II & III Accord. Dr K L Dhingra, Director, NIBM inaugurated the programme.
This programme is supported by the Ministry of External Affairs under the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC), Special Commonwealth Assistance for Africa Programme (SCAAP) and the Colombo Plan. The current programme is being attended by 33 participants from 22 different SAARC, West Asia, Middle East, Southeast Asia, African, Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), and Central American countries.
