Kitply industries limited, since inception in 1982 have always been the first and foremost choice for their customers when it comes to making the right choice for durable and high quality plywood. With operations spanning 5 modern factories, 20 sales offices, 300+ dealership networks nationwide. Kitply industries limited thrives on pure commitment to environmental norms and standards, ethical standards of dealing with associates and their active participation in a series of community welfare based activities.
Drawing a parallel with rapidly emerging markets and diverse clientele, there also lies a growing threat of counterfeit materials in the market. Kitply Industries limited being pioneers in the plywood industry have therefore given birth to the most innovative technology in the domain. The venture is the world’s first plywood brand to launch QR code enabled app to verify genuine products.
According to the internal research conducted by Kitply industries, it was found that 1 out of every 5 branded plywood products were fake. Keeping pace with such developments, the company developed a specialized QR based hologram which is placed on every piece of ply. The technology works on a simple formula wherein the customer has to download the company’s app on his/her phone from either Apple’s App Store or Android’s Google Play. Once downloaded, the customer would then have to scan the QR code to check whether that particular piece is genuine or not. If found fake, the app would communicate the same to the user and would then also have the required follow-up’s with the company and give the user necessary updates.
The innovation finds a perfect match with the breakthrough in smart phone technology, availability and reach within the domestic market. Standing true to several accolades received in the field of customer value and satisfaction, Kitply industries limited has hit the bulls eye with this cutting-edge technology whose primary objective stands firm on only genuine products for its customers.
