Mumbai, March 01, 2019: SEBI came out with detailed guidelines on 18th May 2010 for the launching of SME Exchange/Platform. BSE became the first stock exchange to get the approval from SEBI and launch its SME platform on 13th March 2012.
Kranti Industries Limited became 286th company respectively to get listed on the BSE SME Platform on February 28, 2019. Kranti Industries Limited came out with an initial public offering of 23,19,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- Each (“Equity Shares”) For Cash At a Price Of Rs.37/- Per Equity Share (The “Offer Price”), Aggregating to Rs. ’285.03’ lacs. The company has successfully completed its public issue on February 20, 2019.
Kranti Industries Limited is a Maharashtra based company whose registered office is at Pune. They are engaged in the business of manufacturing and supplying of precision machined components. With an operating history of more than two (2) decades, The company is primarily known for a range of automotive component and non-automotive (off highway) components. They manufacture various automotive components varying from 100 MM to 1200 MM in size. We manufacture customized products for reputed Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) of diverse industries such as passenger cars, electric cars, two-wheelers, tractors, construction machinery, railways, light vehicles, off-highway, heavy trucks etc.

The 286 companies listed on BSE SME Platform have raised Rs.2923.83 crores from the market and total market capitalization of 286 companies as on February 28, 2019, is 17,670.82 Crores. BSE is the market leader in this segment with a market share of 59.58 percent.
