Speaking on the occasion, Pratap Pawar said,
“Students have the skills and intelligence but are not aware of it. It is commendable that Kushal CREDAI is working to find such skills in the country. Since we want better training for our children in every corner of the country through virtual reality, we have set up a system at Baramati and COEP at a cost of about Rs. 10 Crores. This will be available for free in association with CREDAI and COEP to CREDAI workers and students”
Ranjit Naiknavare said,
“Our workers need to be well-trained to fill any kind of gaps in the construction work. With such initiatives, Kushal CREDAI is trying to provide better training to future builders and engineers. We are playing a dual role in creating the skilled manpower required by the industry and creating employment for the citizens through skills development. In addition to it, Kushal CREDAI Pune Metro and MIT have also signed an MOU for an association to conduct diploma courses in real estate and infrastructure management. ”
“Whatever knowledge one acquires may be forgotten in a period of time but not the skills. In our education system, since children run after degrees and marks and ignore their skills, it is necessary for educational institutions to eliminate examinations and focus on skills. We will provide the complete digital support for publishing the efforts across India taken by these champions through his technological expertise” said Deepak Shikharpur.
