Bengaluru: Flipkart, India’s leading e-commerce marketplace, has issued a ‘Love It or Return It’ challenge to its customers, asking them to take a chance on the newly launched Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL smartphones. Under the challenge, a customer can buy the latest Pixel phone on the Flipkart platform and if in three months, the customer is unsatisfied with the purchase, Flipkart will allow them to exchange the Pixel for any other smartphone at a 90% buyback value.
Research shows that the biggest hurdle for customers to cross when buying a phone online is the touch and feel aspect of the purchase journey. This challenge will allow mobile phone enthusiasts to try the Pixel before making a firm commitment and will reassure them about their decision.
The ‘Love it or Return it Challenge’ will run till 19th May. This challenge is part of Flipkart’s ‘Big Shopping Days’ (from May 15 to May 19) during which customers can avail a limited period Rs. 4,000 instant discount on HDFC Bank credit and debit cards along with various No Cost EMI options.
Flipkart has firmly established itself as the one-stop-shop for smartphone users and has crafted constructs to solve unmet customer needs, to ensure the most seamless and convenient e-commerce experience.
